The top NFL betting apps list the Cincinnati Bengals as one of the best bets for NFL games this week coming off a Week 2 loss. Just two seasons removed from a Super Bowl appearance, the Bengals are 0-2 for the second straight season but are favored by 6.5 points against the Los Angeles Rams in Cincinnati, according to the DraftKings NFL odds.
